目的：探讨遵义市传染病医院处方的特点，分析其不合理之处。方法：随机抽取遵义市传染病医院处方6000张，进行分析与总结。结果：9%的处方使用抗生素，15%的处方要求患者输液治疗。不合理处方639张，不合理率10.65%。结论：多数医院处方合理有效，但也存在一定的不合理现象。需进一步联合医院各部门制定相应规章制度，确保医疗效果。

목적：탐토준의시전염병의원처방적특점，분석기불합리지처。방법：수궤추취준의시전염병의원처방6000장，진행분석여총결。결과：9%적처방사용항생소，15%적처방요구환자수액치료。불합리처방639장，불합리솔10.65%。결론：다수의원처방합리유효，단야존재일정적불합리현상。수진일보연합의원각부문제정상응규장제도，학보의료효과。
Objective:To explore the characteristics of the prescription in the infectious hospital of Zunyi city and analyze the unreasonable places.Methods:6 000 pieces of prescription in the infectious hospital of Zunyi city chosed randomly were analyzed and summarized.Results:9% of the prescription included antibiotics;15% of the prescription required the transfusion treatment for patients.There were 639 pieces of unreasonable prescription and the unreasonable rate was 10.65%.Conclusion:The majority of hospital prescription were reasonable and effective,but there was some unreasonable phenomenon.The each departments in hospital should be jointed.
