工业旅游是工业与现代旅游业融合的重要内容之一。传统的工业旅游主要依托工业产业资源来发展，而现代的工业旅游内容逐渐趋于多样化，即工业生产基地围绕其产品的内容及文化延伸出多种旅游体验内容。其中，产业技术创新、企业追求利润和竞争优势、品牌强化、工业旅游需求市场的变化、宏观政策环境的优化等是导致现代工业旅游内容变化的主要原因。随着工业与现代旅游业逐渐深入融合，现代工业旅游发展模式出现了依附模式、共生模式和独立模式这3类，这不仅体现出工业与现代旅游业在市场、资源、技术、产品等环节存在不同程度融合，也体现出工业旅游的内涵和外延在不断延伸。

Modern industrial tourism in the article refers to the tourism ac-tivities on industrial base. The contents of modern industrial tourism gradu-ally become diversified, which industrial base extend it products’ contents and culture into many tourism experience contents. The modern industrial tourism’s content has become changed by main causes, which include industry technology innovation, the pursuit of profit and competitive advantage, brand reinforcement, the change of the industrial tourism demand market and macro policy environment optimization, etc. With the in-depth industrial merging be-tween tourism & industry, the development modes of new industrialization base’ s tourism can be classified into three categories attachment mode, symbiosis mode, standalone mode. Those modes show that industrial merging between tourism & industry emerge different results in the merging of market, re-source, technology, product ,etc. So the connotation and extension of indus-trial tourism is stretching. The industrial enterprises would combine their own elements with a variety of their business in these three models, which could be made every effort to meet the enterprises’ needs and thought of the development of diversified integration in industrial base. At the same time, these three models is more suitable for the change of market demand trend in the present.
