处在现代化进程日益加快的社会中，对各个部门干部的整体素质和领导能力提出了更高的要求，为了更好地推动社会化建设，坚持党中央的领导，必须要将提高干部整体素质摆在重要的位置。结合我国当前干部教育培训工作的开展现状，阐述了教育培训工作的根本需求，分析了不同类型教育培训工作的内容，并总结了一系列增强干部教育培训工作效率的对策措施，完善领导的升迁、任用评价考核机制，以期更好地指导干部教育培训工作的开展，达到提高干部领导能力的目的，促进社会经济的进一步发展，提高国家的综合实力。
