目的 提高对白塞病临床特点的认识,减少误诊.方法 对我科近期误诊为急性化脓性扁桃体炎最终确诊为白塞病的1例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 白塞病的首发表现各异,本例患者以发热、扁桃体化脓为首发症状,抗生素治疗无效,病程中出现外阴溃疡,行针刺试验阳性,诊断为白塞病,经激素及免疫抑制剂治疗好转.结论 白塞病的首发表现各异,当出现以发热、扁桃体化脓为首发症状,抗生素治疗无效时,应考虑到白塞病的可能.

목적 제고대백새병림상특점적인식,감소오진.방법 대아과근기오진위급성화농성편도체염최종학진위백새병적1례환자적림상자료진행회고성분석.결과 백새병적수발표현각이,본례환자이발열、편도체화농위수발증상,항생소치료무효,병정중출현외음궤양,행침자시험양성,진단위백새병,경격소급면역억제제치료호전.결론 백새병적수발표현각이,당출현이발열、편도체화농위수발증상,항생소치료무효시,응고필도백새병적가능.
Objective To better understand the clinical features of Beh(c)et's disease and reduce misdiagnosis.Methods The clinical data of one case of Beh(c)et's disease misdiagnosed as acute suppurative tonsillitis at our department recently were retrospectively analyzed.Results The first manifestation of Beh(c)et's disease varied.The first manifestations of this patient were fever and purulent tonsils.Antibiotic treatment got no effect.During the course,genital ulcers occurred.Line prick test was positive.Therefore,it was diagnosed Beh(c)et's disease.The patient was cured by hormones and immunosuppressive agents.Conclusions The first manifestation of Beh(c)et's disease varies;when fever and purulent tonsils are first symptoms and antibiotic therapy is not effective,Beh(c)et's disease should be considered.
