目的：研究孕妇血清sFlt-1、PLGF水平预测子痫前期价值。方法子痫前期产妇43例，对照组健康孕妇10例，CliniBio129-C-350酶标仪显示研究对象血清sFlt-1、PLGF水平及比值变化。结果子痫前期组sFlt-1、PLGF水平均比对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论孕妇血清sFlt-1、PLGF水平能够预测子痫前期。

목적：연구잉부혈청sFlt-1、PLGF수평예측자간전기개치。방법자간전기산부43례，대조조건강잉부10례，CliniBio129-C-350매표의현시연구대상혈청sFlt-1、PLGF수평급비치변화。결과자간전기조sFlt-1、PLGF수평균비대조조고，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론잉부혈청sFlt-1、PLGF수평능구예측자간전기。
Objective Study of maternal serum sFlt-1, PLGF predict preeclampsia value. Methods 43 cases of preeclampsia patients and 10 cases of control group of healthy pregnant women, enzyme CliniBio129-C-350 calibration of sFlt-1 in the serum, PLGF level and the change of the ratio of display. Results The levels of PLGF and sFlt-1 in preeclampsia group were signiifcantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of PLGF and sFlt-1 in the serum of pregnant women can be predicted.
