目的：探究临床血液检验误差如何降低，对检验误差的关键性问题进行分析。方法根据我院2014年的1000份临床血液样本进行比较分析，对如何降低检验误差进行分析，寻找关键性对策，和提出检验误差降低对策前的情况进行比较。结果关键性对策提出后，相比提出之前的检验合格率有非常大的提升，结果前后对比存在显著的统计学差异性（P＜0.05）。结论临床中使用合理的对策来降低检验误差非常重要，能够保证检验的准确度，给患者的治疗和诊断提供可靠依据。
목적：탐구림상혈액검험오차여하강저，대검험오차적관건성문제진행분석。방법근거아원2014년적1000빈림상혈액양본진행비교분석，대여하강저검험오차진행분석，심조관건성대책，화제출검험오차강저대책전적정황진행비교。결과관건성대책제출후，상비제출지전적검험합격솔유비상대적제승，결과전후대비존재현저적통계학차이성（P＜0.05）。결론림상중사용합리적대책래강저검험오차비상중요，능구보증검험적준학도，급환자적치료화진단제공가고의거。
Objective To explore the clinical blood test error to reduce, the key to the test error analysis. Methods According to 1 000 clinical blood samples for comparative analysis on how to reduce test error analysis in our hospital in 2014, ifnd the key countermeasures, and puts forward the test error is reduced countermeasures were compared. Results After the key measures, the qualiifed rate of the test was very large compared with the proposed before and after the comparison, the results were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical use reasonable measures to reduce the error checking is important to ensure that the test accuracy, to the diagnosis and treatment of patients to provide reliable basis and clinical should actively use.
