目的：探讨临床血常规检验中不同采血方式的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年5月～2014年5月94例常规体检人员，随机分为试验组和对照组各47例。对照组应用末梢采血，试验组采用静脉采血，对比两组检验结果。结果对照组末梢血中的Hb、RBC、Hct、PLT、MCHC水平均低于试验组（P＜0.05），WBC、MCV水平高于试验组（P＜0.05）。结论采用静脉采血方式行临床血常规检验数值较末梢采血方式更准确，检验结果更稳定。

목적：탐토림상혈상규검험중불동채혈방식적응용효과。방법선취아원2013년5월～2014년5월94례상규체검인원，수궤분위시험조화대조조각47례。대조조응용말소채혈，시험조채용정맥채혈，대비량조검험결과。결과대조조말소혈중적Hb、RBC、Hct、PLT、MCHC수평균저우시험조（P＜0.05），WBC、MCV수평고우시험조（P＜0.05）。결론채용정맥채혈방식행림상혈상규검험수치교말소채혈방식경준학，검험결과경은정。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of different sampling methods in blood routine examination. Methods 94 cases of routine physical examination personnel from May 2013 to May 2014, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each of 47 cases. The control group was treated with peripheral blood sampling, the experimental group was treated with venous blood sampling, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results The levels of Hb, Hct, RBC, PLT, MCHC in peripheral blood of control group were signiifcantly lower than those in the experimental group (P<0.05), and the levels of MCV and WBC were signiifcantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The method of venous blood for clinical blood test value compared with the peripheral blood test results more accurate, more stable.
