影像科在通过二级甲等医院复审及争创三级综合医院活动中按照《二级综合医院评审标准（2012版）实施细则》[1]及医学影像管理与持续改进[2]，顺利通过考评。在此总结评审对影像科的作用：工作人员法律意识、服务意识增强，工作信息化、规范化、流程化提高，应急急救能力提高，技术服务质量改善；体会：认为评审标准缺少一些具体专业科室的技术标准，资料较多。建议评审标准应吸收部分专业技术标准以供参考使用，应着重强调医院对工作人员的技术培训。

After passing the secondary first-class hospital re-examination, the medical imaging department successfully pass the assessment. In accordance with the"two level general hospital accreditation standards (2012 Edition) implementation rules" and medical image management and continuous improvement, and through the evaluation, here we summarizes the evaluation on the function of medical imaging department, for the individuals, their personnel legal consciousness rise, service awareness enhancement. For their work, more informationize, more normalized, more procedural, meanwhile, ability of emergency first aid ability raise and technical service quality improved. Suggestions, we think standard of review still lack of some specific professional department technical standard. Proposal review should absorb part of the professional and technical standard for reference use, and also should emphasize on the hospital staff technical training.
