目的:建立 HPLC‐MS/MS法测定川楝子中川楝素的方法。方法采用XTerra C18色谱柱(150 mm ×2.1 mm ,5μm),以乙腈‐0.2 mL · L -1甲酸溶液(31∶69)为流动相,采用多反应监测(MRM )模式进行质谱测定。结果川楝素检出限(LOD)为0.17 ng ,定量限(LOQ )为0.51 ng ;川楝素质量浓度在0.05~5.00μg · mL -1范围内,与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999;精密度良好,平均回收率为98.0%,RSD为1.5%。结论该方法具有较好的专属性和灵敏度,能够简便、快速地测定川楝子药材中川楝素的含量。

목적:건립 HPLC‐MS/MS법측정천련자중천련소적방법。방법채용XTerra C18색보주(150 mm ×2.1 mm ,5μm),이을정‐0.2 mL · L -1갑산용액(31∶69)위류동상,채용다반응감측(MRM )모식진행질보측정。결과천련소검출한(LOD)위0.17 ng ,정량한(LOQ )위0.51 ng ;천련소질량농도재0.05~5.00μg · mL -1범위내,여봉면적선성관계량호,r=0.9999;정밀도량호,평균회수솔위98.0%,RSD위1.5%。결론해방법구유교호적전속성화령민도,능구간편、쾌속지측정천련자약재중천련소적함량。
Objective To establish a method of HPLC‐MS/MS for detecting toosendanin (TSN ) in Toosendan Fructus . Methods The analytes were isolated on a XTerra C18 column (150 mm × 2 .1 mm ,5 μm) by isocratic elution with acetonitrile‐mL · L -1formic acid(31∶ 69)as the mobile phase ,and detected by MS/MS in a multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode . Results LOD of TSN was 0 .17 ng ,and LOQ of TSN was 0 .51 ng ;The linear range of TSN concentration was 0 .05‐5 .00μg · mL -1 (r=0 .999 9);The average recoveries were 98 .0% with RSD 1 .5% .Conclusion The method is simple and rapid with high sensitivity and good reproducibility ,and it could be used to determine the contents of TSN in Toosendan Fructus .
