目的：提高醒脾开胃颗粒质量控制标准。方法 TLC法定性鉴别本品中的白芍、甘草、佛手，同时采用 HPLC法对芍药苷进行含量测定。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰，分离效果良好，阴性样品无干扰；含量测定方法专属性、线性、精密度、准确度、稳定性良好，平均回收率为101．8％，RSD为1．6％。结论所建立的醒脾开胃颗粒定性定量方法全面、科学、准确，提高了本品的质量控制水平。
목적：제고성비개위과립질량공제표준。방법 TLC법정성감별본품중적백작、감초、불수，동시채용 HPLC법대작약감진행함량측정。결과박층색보반점청석，분리효과량호，음성양품무간우；함량측정방법전속성、선성、정밀도、준학도、은정성량호，평균회수솔위101．8％，RSD위1．6％。결론소건립적성비개위과립정성정량방법전면、과학、준학，제고료본품적질량공제수평。
Objective To improve the quality standard of Xingpikaiwei Granules .Methods Radix Paeoniae Alba ,Radix Glycyr‐rhizae and Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis in the medicine were identified by TLC .The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC .Results The spots on TLC plates were clear without interference .The separation effect was good .The content determi‐nation method was specific ,precise and accuracy .The average recovery was 101 .8% with RSD 1 .6% .Conclusion The estab‐lished method of the quality standard of Xingpikaiwei Granules was comprehensive and accurate ,therefore the level of the quality control of this product was improved .
