目的：探讨抢救羊水栓塞产后大出血成功的关键因素，为羊水栓塞产后大出血患者的治疗提供参考。方法：选取我院收治的羊水栓塞产后大出血患者6例，根据患者病情情况及时给予相应的治疗，分析患者的治疗情况。结果：本次6例患者中，死亡1例，剩余5例患者救治成功。死亡1例患者主要因子宫全切治疗不及时而导致。其余患者的抢救后生命体征稳定，平均住院时间为（8.0±2.5）d。结论：及早的识别与有效的治疗是抢救羊水栓塞产后大出血成功的关键。尤其对于普通止血无效的患者，需果断行子宫切除术，不可一味追求诊断依据而丧失抢救时机。

Objective:To study the factors critical to the successful rescue of amniotic fluid embolism postpartum hemorrhage to provide reference for the treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by amniotic fluid embolism. Methods: 6 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by amniotic fluid embolism in our hospital were given corresponding treatment according to patients’ condition. Treatment of the patients was analyzed. Results: Of the 6 cases, 1 patient died and the other 5 patients were treated successfully. Death of the patient was mainly caused by late hysterectomy. After rescue, the other patients’ vital signs were stable and the average hospital stay was (8.0 ± 2.5) d. Conclusions: Early detection and effective treatment is the key to successful rescue of the amniotic fluid embolism postpartum hemorrhage. Especially for patients to whom the common hemostatic treatment is invalid, hysterectomy shall be determined in time and waiting for the surgical indications sometimes may cause loss of the rescue time.
