Through redefinition of the information transmission between the hot rolling mill and cold rolling mill, and im-provement of the data base and rewriting the source code and handling module program, the detailed meaning expressing be-tween the hot rolling mill and cold rolling mill was implemented,and deeply realizing the cost reduction of the materials, in-spection and manpower and improvement of the rate of metal yield for cold rolling production were realized.
