高支模满堂支架系统在大中跨度现浇连续箱梁施工中普遍使用。为系统分析高支模碗扣式满堂支架应力与位移变化规律,依托实际工程,通过建立碗扣式满堂支架系统有限元模型,分析结构在各种不利荷载作用下的应力与位移值,并通过对施工过程中支架应力和位移值的实时监控来验证支架系统的安全稳定性及数值计算的可靠性。研究表明碗扣支架数值计算与实测最大应力和位移结果大致吻合,且均未超过规范允许值,碗扣支架刚度与稳定性满足施工要求。
高支模滿堂支架繫統在大中跨度現澆連續箱樑施工中普遍使用。為繫統分析高支模碗釦式滿堂支架應力與位移變化規律,依託實際工程,通過建立碗釦式滿堂支架繫統有限元模型,分析結構在各種不利荷載作用下的應力與位移值,併通過對施工過程中支架應力和位移值的實時鑑控來驗證支架繫統的安全穩定性及數值計算的可靠性。研究錶明碗釦支架數值計算與實測最大應力和位移結果大緻吻閤,且均未超過規範允許值,碗釦支架剛度與穩定性滿足施工要求。

High?supported and cuplock joint full framing system has been widely used in the field of large?middle span continuous casting box?beam bridge construction. In order to make a systematic analysis of the stress and displacement?changing rule in high?supported and cuplock joint full framing, this paper makes an analysis of stress and displacement value in structure under various adverse load,and verifies the stability and reliability of numerical calculation in framing system by real?time stress and displacement value monitoring during construction. The research shows that the numerical calculation of cuplock joint framing is not only generally in agreement with measured results of the maximum stress and displacement, but also both of them are under criterion value, and the rigidity and stability of cuplock joint framing meets the construction requirements.
