目的:探讨自我和谐、述情障碍与学习倦怠的关系,为高中生的健康教育提供依据。方法对583名高中生采用高中生学习倦怠问卷、多伦多述情障碍量表( TAS-20-C )、自我和谐量表( SCCS )进行测评分析。结果本组学生学习倦怠问卷总分及各维度分与SCCS 总分及各因子分、TAS-20-C总分及各维度分呈显著正相关(P<0.01),SCCS总分及各因子分与TAS-20-C总分及各维度分均呈显著正相关( P<0.01)。高中生述情障碍的识别情感障碍因子对学习倦怠各维度有一定正向预测作用。结论高中生学习倦怠、自我和谐与述情障碍间存在一定关系,述情障碍在自我和谐与学习倦怠间起到明显的中介作用。

목적:탐토자아화해、술정장애여학습권태적관계,위고중생적건강교육제공의거。방법대583명고중생채용고중생학습권태문권、다륜다술정장애량표( TAS-20-C )、자아화해량표( SCCS )진행측평분석。결과본조학생학습권태문권총분급각유도분여SCCS 총분급각인자분、TAS-20-C총분급각유도분정현저정상관(P<0.01),SCCS총분급각인자분여TAS-20-C총분급각유도분균정현저정상관( P<0.01)。고중생술정장애적식별정감장애인자대학습권태각유도유일정정향예측작용。결론고중생학습권태、자아화해여술정장애간존재일정관계,술정장애재자아화해여학습권태간기도명현적중개작용。
Objective To explore the relationship among the learning burnout self-consistency and congruence and alexithymia , and to provide basis for health education for high school students . Methods High school learning burnout questionnaire ,twenty-item Toronto Alexithymia scale ( TAS-20-C) and self-consistency and congruence scale ( SCCS ) were used to analyze the correlation in 583 senior high school students .Results Significant positive correction was found among the total scores and each dimension points of learning burnout self-consistency and SCCS and TAS-20-C ( P <0.01 ) .The correlative analysis showed significant positive correlative between the total scores of SCCS and every factor ′s and TAS-20-C( P<0.01 ) .The recognition and emotional disorders of alexithymia positively predicted learning burnout . Conclusion There is a certain relationship among high school student learning burnout and self -consistency and alexithymia,alexithymia has obvious mediating effects between some dimensions of self-consistency and congruence and learning burnout .
