目的：评价ANKYLOS系统种植修复的临床应用效果。方法：选取行ANKYLOS种植体修复的178例患者，共213颗种植体。随访观察3～66个月，进行临床及X线检查，采用Wheeler等提出的存留标准进行评估，并运用寿命表法计算种植体的累积存留率。结果：年均骨吸收量为（0．19±0．11）mm，种植体松动脱落2颗，5年累计存留率为98．9％。结论：ANKYLOS种植系统平台转移设计有利于种植体周围组织稳定，修复牙列缺失和缺损可以取得满意的临床修复效果。
목적：평개ANKYLOS계통충식수복적림상응용효과。방법：선취행ANKYLOS충식체수복적178례환자，공213과충식체。수방관찰3～66개월，진행림상급X선검사，채용Wheeler등제출적존류표준진행평고，병운용수명표법계산충식체적루적존류솔。결과：년균골흡수량위（0．19±0．11）mm，충식체송동탈락2과，5년루계존류솔위98．9％。결론：ANKYLOS충식계통평태전이설계유리우충식체주위조직은정，수복아렬결실화결손가이취득만의적림상수복효과。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of ANKYLOS implant system for 5 years. Method:A total of 178 patients who had 213 ANKYLOS implants implanted from Jan 2009 to Jan 2014 in Department of Stomatology,Af-filiated Hospital of Jining Medical University. Clinical examination and X-ray films were conducted. The results were evalu-ated with Wheeler's survival criteria. Result:There was (0.19±0.11)mm in annual crestal bone loss,2 implants were failed in healing period and the survival rate was 98.9 % Conclusion:The ANKYLOS implant system with platform-switch which can keep the tissue stabilized around the implant is suitable for the defect of denture or the edentulous jaw in the clinics.
