目的：观察丹红注射液对脑梗死治疗的近期临床疗效。方法：将急性脑梗死患者116例随机分成两组。治疗组给予丹红注射液，对照组给予依达拉奉。比较治疗后两组疗效及神经功能缺损评分情况。结果：治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.01)。治疗组神经功能缺损评分较对照组明显改善(P＜0.01)。结论：丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死近期疗效较好。

목적：관찰단홍주사액대뇌경사치료적근기림상료효。방법：장급성뇌경사환자116례수궤분성량조。치료조급여단홍주사액，대조조급여의체랍봉。비교치료후량조료효급신경공능결손평분정황。결과：치료조총유효솔명현고우대조조(P＜0.01)。치료조신경공능결손평분교대조조명현개선(P＜0.01)。결론：단홍주사액치료급성뇌경사근기료효교호。
Objective:To observe the recent clinical curative effect of danhong injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods:116 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups at random.The treatment group were given danhong injection,and the control group were given edaravone.The curative effect and neural function defect scale of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The neural function defect scale of the treatment group was improved more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction had better recent clinical curative effect.
