为保持和提高小黑麦优良品质,选择10个小黑麦品系,研究其在孕穗期、抽穗期和开花期品质和产量的变化规律。结果表明,小黑麦不同生育期的粗蛋白质含量不同,随生育时期不断变化逐渐降低,孕穗期最高,开花期时最低。不同生育期粗纤维含量不同,抽穗期粗纤维含量最低。不同生育期粗脂肪含量不同,随生育时期不断变化逐渐升高,孕穗期最低,开花期时最高。不同生育期产量不同,在抽穗期产量达到最高。建议夏播小黑麦在孕穗期和抽穗期之间刈割,做到产量和品质兼顾。综合鲜草产量和营养物质产量表现,小黑麦品系黑6‐2表现最优。

Ten triticale strains were selected and studied of the quality and yield change during booting stage , heading stages and flowering stage .The results indicated that crude protein content was different in different growth stages and decreased with the development of growth stage .Crude protein content was highest in boo‐ting stage and was the lowest in flowering stage .Crude fiber content was different in different growth stages which was the lowest in heading stage .Crude fat content was different in different growth stages and increased with the development of growth stage .Crude fat content was the highets in flowering stage and was the lowest in booting stage .Yield was different in different stages and was highest in heading stage .So it was suggested the suitable harvest stage was between booting stage and heading stage for good balance of yield and quality . Strain Hei6‐2 was better than other strains according to the yield and nutritive material yield .
