临床专升本学生多为临床一线工作的医生，由于职业发展需要有很迫切的文章撰写愿望，但目前他们发表的文章以病例总结性文章为主，总体水平不高，这与他们从事全科临床工作没有稳定的科研方向、缺少明确的科研课题、缺乏规范的科研设计及文章撰写培训密切相关，本文基于四年的教学体会针对这4个问题探讨提高临床医学专升本学生科研文章撰写能力的方法与途径。

In need of the vocational development, the higher-medical-Education clinicians are eager to have their papers to be published. Yet, most of the papers published by them are about case summary, and the quality of these papers is not good. As a general practitioner, most of them have no consistent research direction, no research projects, and receive few training on experiment design and paper writing. Based on the authors’ four-year teaching experience on these clinicians, this paper will discuss the methods and ways to improve the writing abilities on research papers of these higher-medical-education clinicians.
