我院在大学一年级开设医学细胞生物学，由于学生刚刚步入大学校门，还没有完全适应大学的学习生活，结合我院临床医学专业大班授课，每班人数较多的实际情况，教学模式如何进行改革，以适应新形势下人才培养的需要，成为摆在我们面前的需要解决的问题。通过综合的教学设计与实施，包括举行“学生交流”，转变学习方式和翻转课堂的应用，较好地达到了我们的教学目标。

Medical cell biology is teached in the ifrst year of our college, it is necessary to adapt to learning for freshmen, and the same time, the number of students is large in classroom teaching, so how to reform mode of teaching is a problem that we need to solve for producing better talents. Through teaching plan and implementing which include students communication, change learning styles of students and the application of lfipped classroom, we better achieve the teaching goal.
