目的:研究分析护理安全教育应用于护理技术操作教学的效果。方法根据我院的100名实习护士进行研究,将这些护士分成对照组和实验组,对照组我们提供常规护理技术操作教学,实验组在此基础上增加护理安全教育,在完成半年的实验周期后,实习老师会提供试卷对两组实习生进行考核,围绕他们的理论和实践进行,比较两组的考核情况。结果实验组实习生的理论和实践能力评分结果比对照组高,两组结果存在统计学差异性,P<0.05。结论护理安全教育应用于护理技术操作教学中,能够让实习医生的护理能力得到提升。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of nursing safety education in nursing teaching. Methods According to our hospital's 100 practice nurses, the nurses were divided into experimental group and control group, control group we provide routine nursing technique teaching, experimental group in addition also increased the nursing safety education, after the completion of the experimental period of six months, learning the teacher will provide papers to the assessment of two groups of interns around their theory and practice were, were compared between the two groups of assessment of the situation. Results The theory and practice ability of the experimental group were higher than that in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups, P<0.05. Conclusion Nursing safety education in nursing technique teaching to make trainee doctor of nursing ability has been improved.
