采用多元化教学方法应用于医学细胞生物学的实验教学中，通过将问题式教学法、小组讨论式教学法和示范性教学法相结合，形成以“问题-讨论-示范-指导-解决-反馈-应用”为模式的协调的教学过程，使学生的学习态度更积极，学习效果更明显，各项能力的发展更均衡，提高医学细胞生物学实验的教学质量。

Applied diversified teaching methods in the experimental teaching in medical cell biology. In this study, the combination of problem-based teaching method and team discussion-based teaching method and demonstrative teaching method comes into a coordinating teaching model which called"problem-discussion-demonstration–guidance-feedback-application" can stimulate students’enthusiasm and promote learning effect and develop various abilities of students, also can improve the quality of experimental teaching in medical cell biology.
