教学方法是为提高教学效果和教学质量而服务的.为了提高教学质量和教学效果,激发学生们的积极性和主动性,培养学生的自学、沟通、交往等能力,本文采用文献资料法、数理统计法和教学实验法对"课堂讨论法"能否在普通高校公共体育排球普修课中应用进行研究.经研究充分说明了"课堂讨论法"比传统的教学方法能更好地提高教学质量和教学效果,更充分地使学生掌握排球技术动作和提高了学生们的积极性和主动性,培养了同学们的自学能力.

The purpose of teaching methods is to improve the teaching performance and teaching quality. To this end,?stimulate students'' enthusiasm and initiative, and develop their self-learning, communication and socializing ability, this work has studied the effectiveness of the the"class discussion method" in the optional volleyball course of the regular institutions of higher education, using?the following three teaching methods, literature reviewing, mathematical and statistical and teaching experimental methods . This study fully demonstrated that"class discussion method" significantly outperforms the traditional teaching methods by improving the teaching quality and outcome. In addition, the"class discussion method" can make students to better obtain volleyball technical skills, more effectively ly improve their enthusiasm and initiative. It also helps to develop a strong self-learning capability.
