以总黄酮的含量为考察指标,采用正交试验优化了石榴皮总黄酮的提取工艺条件;分别采用清除 DPPH 自由基能力及铁离子还原能力对石榴皮总黄酮的体外抗氧化活性进行了测定与评价.结果表明,石榴皮总黄酮的回流提取最佳工艺为:以体积分数70%的乙醇为提取溶剂、料液比为1∶20、提取温度为80℃、提取时间为2h时,石榴皮总黄酮的提取率达到22.6%,影响石榴皮总黄酮提取效果的主次因素为:乙醇体积分数>提取温度>料液比>提取时间;石榴皮总黄酮对DPPH自由基的最大清除率为80.59%,其IC50值为31.59mg/L.石榴皮总黄酮具有较高的抗氧化活性,且其体外抗氧化能力在一定范围内随着总黄酮质量浓度的增加而增强,可以作为天然抗氧化剂原料.

Taking the content of total flavonoids as index,orthogonal experiment to optimize the extraction pro?cess of total flavonoids of pomegranate peel were used to clear the DPPH radical scavenging and ferric reducing ability of pomegranate peel total flavonoids in vitro antioxidant activity of Determination and Evaluation. The results showed that total flavonoids of pomegranate peel extract reflux optimum extraction process: the volume fraction of 70% ethanol as extraction solvent,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20,extraction temperature of 80℃,extraction time was 2h,the pomegranate rind total flavonoids extraction rate reached 22.6%,affecting the extraction of total flavo?noids of pomegranate peel primary and secondary factors as: ethanol concentration> extraction temperature> solid-liquid ratio> extraction time; total flavonoids of pomegranate peel largest DPPH radical scavenging rate 80.59%with an IC50 value of 31.59mg/L. Pomegranate rind with higher total flavonoid antioxidant activity and in vitro antiox?idant capacity increases within a certain range of the mass concentration of total flavonoids and enhanced as a natu?ral antioxidant ingredients.
