目的：探讨中医辨证治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的慢性胆囊炎患者64例作为研究对象，按照治疗方式划分为两组，各32例，其中对照组行常规西药治疗，观察组采用中医辨证治疗，对比两组临床疗效。结果对照组临床疗效为75.0%，低于观察组93.8%，对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中医辨证治疗慢性胆囊炎效果明显，可改善患者生活质量。

목적：탐토중의변증치료만성담낭염적림상료효。방법선취아원수치적만성담낭염환자64례작위연구대상，안조치료방식화분위량조，각32례，기중대조조행상규서약치료，관찰조채용중의변증치료，대비량조림상료효。결과대조조림상료효위75.0%，저우관찰조93.8%，대비차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론중의변증치료만성담낭염효과명현，가개선환자생활질량。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in treating chronic cholecystitis. Methods 64 patients with chronic cholecystitis were chosen as the research object in our hospital, and divided according to the treatment for two groups, 32 cases, the patients of the control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, compared to two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The clinical efifcacy of the control group was 75.0%, signiifcantly lower than that of the observation group (93.8%), the difference was signiifcantly (P< 0.05). Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of chronic cholecystitis effect is obvious, can improve the quality of life of patients.
