随着我国经济的快速发展，社会对各类技能型人才的需求量不断增加，职业教育也随之步入了发展的快车道。经过十余年的整体发展，我国职业教育形成了以集团化办学为主的发展模式和多样化和开放式的格局，并进入稳定、有序的发展阶段。为了解决职业教育集团化办学模式在实践中遇到的问题和困难，就需要构建由政府统筹、行业参与的，并与我国社会主义市场经济体制相匹配的保障机制。
수착아국경제적쾌속발전，사회대각류기능형인재적수구량불단증가，직업교육야수지보입료발전적쾌차도。경과십여년적정체발전，아국직업교육형성료이집단화판학위주적발전모식화다양화화개방식적격국，병진입은정、유서적발전계단。위료해결직업교육집단화판학모식재실천중우도적문제화곤난，취수요구건유정부통주、행업삼여적，병여아국사회주의시장경제체제상필배적보장궤제。
With the rapid development of China’s economy ,the social demand for all kinds of skilled talents is increasing , and the vocational education has stepped into the fast track of development .After more than ten years of development ,the vo‐cational education in our country has formed a pattern of development and diversified and open pattern ,which is based on the development of the group .In order to solve the problems and difficulties encountered by the vocational education group school running mode in practice ,we need to construct our country ’s security mechanism with government co‐ordination ,industry par‐ticipate and matching with the socialist market economy system .
