改进的广义预测控制算法保留了广义预测控制算法的基本特征和优点,另外,此算法中考虑了被控对象的纯延时.针对火电厂锅炉燃烧控制系统具有非线性、大滞后、强耦合、强干扰等特点将改进的广义预测控制应用于锅炉燃烧控制系统中.该方法先利用预测模型得到系统未来时刻输出,然后将设定输出和预测误差变化率作为自适应控制器的输入,控制器利用遗忘因子递推增广最小二乘法推理得到控制输出.仿真实验表明,这种方法可以提高系统的动态性能,比广义预测控制算法具有更好的控制品质,它将会有较好的工程应用前景.

The improved generalized predictive control algorithm retains the essential characteristics and advantages of generalized predictive control algorithm but has the pure time delay of controlled object considered additionally. Improved generalized predictive control is applied into boiler combustion control system in the light of characteristics the thermal power plant boiler combustion control system presents as to be of nonlinearity,large lag,tight coupling and strong interference. This method obtains firstly the system output of some future point with the prediction model and then it takes the set output and the prediction error rate as the input of the adaptive controller which gains inferentially the control output by using forgetting factor recursive extended least squares algorithm at last. Simulation results show that,this method can improve dynamic performance of the system and is of better control quality than the generalized predictive control algorithm,which will have a preferable prospect in the engineering application field.
