采用HPLC法分析伊犁红花提取液经AB-8大孔树脂富集后的化学成分组成,通过分光光度计法测定各馏分总黄酮含量,以清除DPPH自由基能力、还原能力、总抗氧化能力三种体外抗氧化模型对各馏分进行抗氧化评价。结果表明,红花提取液经富集后所得馏分总黄酮含量显著提高,各馏分总黄酮含量与抗氧化活性顺序均为:50%乙醇洗脱部分>70%乙醇洗脱部分>100%乙醇洗脱部分>30%乙醇洗脱部分,说明总黄酮含量与抗氧化活性呈正相关性,经 HPLC 分析发现,50%乙醇洗脱部分中山奈酚及其衍生物成分较多。

HPLC method was applied to analyze the flavonoids from Safflower extract,which was enriched by AB-8 macroporous resin. The total flavone in the obtained extracts were measured, and the antioxidant activity was investigated by by scavenging activity of DPPH radicals, reducing power and total antioxidant activity. The results showed that the total flavone increased significantly after treating with AB-8 resin, the total flavonoid content and antioxidant activities of Each fraction from strong to weak were as follows: 50% ethanol elution part > 70% ethanol elution part> ethanol elution part> 30% ethanol elution part. It shows that the antioxidant activities of the extracts were positively correlated to their total flavone, HPLC analysis showed that kaempferol and its derivatives were the principal compound in 50% ethanol elution part.
