目的：分析在儿科护理管理中实施精细化管理的效果。方法随机将2013年1月~12月未实施精细化管理的100例儿科患儿作为精细管理组，将2014年1月~12月实施精细化管理的100例儿科患儿作为对照组，对精细管理组和对照组患儿的护理质量和患儿满意度进行对比分析。结果精细管理组护理质量评分（96.36±8.56）分明显高于对照组护理质量评分（87.45±7.80）分，两组间具有明显的统计学差异（P<0.05）。精细管理组患儿满意度（98.0%）明显高于对照组患儿满意度（88.0%），两组间具有明显的统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论在儿科护理管理中实施精细化管理，有助于提高儿科护理服务质量，增加患儿对护理服务的满意度，具有广泛推广的前景。

Objective: To analyze the effect of fine management in pediatric nursing management.Methods: 100 cases of pediatric patients were randomly selected from December to January 2013 as the control group,100 cases of pediatric patients with fine management in December to January 2014 as the fine management group.Result: The score of nursing quality(96.36±8.56) in the fine management group was significantly higher than that in the control group(96.36±8.56),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction degree(98.0%)of patients in the fine management group was significantly higher than that in the control group (88.0%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: In pediatric nursing management,the implementation of fine management, which helps to improve nursing quality,increase the satisfaction of children with care services, has a broad prospect of promotion.
