目的:分析济南市市中区初中学生青少年代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MetS)发病情况,为其防治提供依据。方法:对2008-2013年济南市市中区多所初级中学6862名初中生进行健康查体。统计比较MetS及其相关症状检出情况。结果:MetS检出率为1.4%,MetS男女检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),男生高血压人数多于女生,低HDL人数少于女生,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);各年龄组MetS检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各年龄段中心性肥胖、高TG、低HDL及高血压检出率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),中心性肥胖检出率15岁年龄组最高;中心性肥胖初中生MetS相关症状高TG、低HDL、高血压、高血糖检出率均明显高于非中心性肥胖者,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应采取措施控制青少年肥胖以减少青少年代谢综合征的发生。

Objective:To explore the incidence of metabolic syndrome(MetS) in junior middle school students of Shizhong district Ji’nan city in order to provide evidence for its prevention.Method:From 2008 to 2013,health checkup were given to 6862 junior middle school students in Shizhong district of Ji’nan city.The detection rates of MetS and its associative signs were analyzed and compared.Result:The detection rate of MetS was 1.4%.The difference in detection rates of MetS between boys and girls was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Boys with hypertension were more than girls with hypertension,boys with low HDL were less than girls with low HDL,the differences above were all statistically significant(P<0.01).The differences in detection rates of MetS in different ages were not statistically significant (P>0.05).The differences in detection rates of central obesity,high TG,low HDL and hypertension in different ages were statistically significant(P<0.01).The highest detection rate of central obesity was 15-year-old students.The detection rates of high TG,low HDL,hypertension and hyperglycemia in central obesity students were higher than those in non-central obesity students,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Intervention measures for adolescent obesity shall be conducted to prevent MetS in adolescent.
