目的:探讨内蒙古通辽市科尔沁区沙尘天气对呼吸道传染病的影响。方法:选择内蒙古通辽市科尔沁区作为研究地点,通过通辽市气象部门获得该地区2011-2014年气象资料,通过通辽市传染病医院及两所大、中型医院呼吸科获得同期该市呼吸道传染病发病资料。对气象因素与呼吸道传染病发病率的关系进行分析。结果:沙尘天气过后,呼吸道传染病门诊量明显升高,流行性感冒、麻疹、流行性腮腺炎、肺结核等的发病率与沙尘天气的发生呈正相关性。结论:沙尘天气高发地区对呼吸道传染病具有较高的拟合和预测能力,对进一步认识、预防和控制传染病的爆发流行具有重要意义。

목적:탐토내몽고통료시과이심구사진천기대호흡도전염병적영향。방법:선택내몽고통료시과이심구작위연구지점,통과통료시기상부문획득해지구2011-2014년기상자료,통과통료시전염병의원급량소대、중형의원호흡과획득동기해시호흡도전염병발병자료。대기상인소여호흡도전염병발병솔적관계진행분석。결과:사진천기과후,호흡도전염병문진량명현승고,류행성감모、마진、류행성시선염、폐결핵등적발병솔여사진천기적발생정정상관성。결론:사진천기고발지구대호흡도전염병구유교고적의합화예측능력,대진일보인식、예방화공제전염병적폭발류행구유중요의의。
Objective:To discuss the impact of dust weather on respiratory infectious diseases in Khorchin district,Tongliao city,Inner Mongol.Method:Khorchin district,Tongliao city,Inner Mongol was selected as the research site.The meteorological materials from 2011 to 2014 were obtained by contacting Tongliao meteorological department,incidence information of respiratory infectious diseases were obtained with the help of Tongliao Infectious Disease Hospital and two large and middle sized hospitals.The correlations between meteorological factors and incidence rates of infectious diseases were analyzed.Result:The outpatient quantity of respiratory tract infections was significantly higher after dust weather.The incidence rates of influenza,measles,mumps and tuberculosis had a positive correlation with the occurrence of dust weather.Conclusion:Areas with higher-frequency dust-weather have stronger fitting and forecasting capability toward respiratory infectious diseases,which has a significant impact on further learn,prevent and control the outbreak of respiratory infectious diseases.
