2015世界休闲体育大会体育馆工程屋盖采用凯威特双层网壳结构,由于跨度较大且受场地、工期等因素限制,施工难度较大。重点介绍了外围分单元吊装、单元间补杆、内部散拼等施工方法的施工要点,及利用有限元软件对吊装单元划分、支撑架选型、卸载方案进行施工模拟分析,确保了方案的顺利实施。

Kiewitt type double?layer reticulated shell was used in 2015 World Leisure Games Gymnasium, due to the factors including large span, construction site, period and so on, it is difficult to construction. In order to smooth implementation of the project, the key construction points of the sub unit hoisting, reinforcing bar between units, internal scattered assembly were introduced in detail, meanwhile, finite element software was used to simulate the hoisting units division, supports selection, unloading and so on.
