目的：探讨个性化护理模式对男性泌尿外科患者围术期生理应急和满意度的影响。方法选择2012年1月~2014年10月温州医学院附属第一医院围术期男性泌尿外科患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各60例。实验组患者采取个性化护理,对照组患者采取普通护理。于干预前后对两组患者分别进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)测评,心率和血压监测以及患者满意度调查,分析并比较两组结果。结果①干预后,实验组SAS得分为(46.21±5.49)分,与干预前[(64.83±9.25)分]比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组[(59.12±7.32)分]比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；②干预后,实验组患者心率为(76.3±8.4)次/min,明显小于对照组患者[(85.7±8.7次/min)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；③干预后,实验组患者的护理满意度为85.0%,明显优于对照组(46.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；榆实验组患者在术后的疼痛评分为(4.3±1.2)分,对照组术后疼痛评分为(5.9±1.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理模式已经在男性泌尿外科疾病围术期护理中取得了满意的效果,可以在临床护理中广泛推广。

목적：탐토개성화호리모식대남성비뇨외과환자위술기생리응급화만의도적영향。방법선택2012년1월~2014년10월온주의학원부속제일의원위술기남성비뇨외과환자120례,안조수궤수자표법분위실험조화대조조,매조각60례。실험조환자채취개성화호리,대조조환자채취보통호리。우간예전후대량조환자분별진행초필자평량표(SAS)측평,심솔화혈압감측이급환자만의도조사,분석병비교량조결과。결과①간예후,실험조SAS득분위(46.21±5.49)분,여간예전[(64.83±9.25)분]비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),여대조조[(59.12±7.32)분]비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；②간예후,실험조환자심솔위(76.3±8.4)차/min,명현소우대조조환자[(85.7±8.7차/min)],차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；③간예후,실험조환자적호리만의도위85.0%,명현우우대조조(46.6%),차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；유실험조환자재술후적동통평분위(4.3±1.2)분,대조조술후동통평분위(5.9±1.3)분,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론개성화호리모식이경재남성비뇨외과질병위술기호리중취득료만의적효과,가이재림상호리중엄범추엄。
Objective To explore the influence of individualized nursing on perioperative physiological stress and satis-faction of male patients in department of urology. Methods From January 2012 to October 2014, in Department of Urology Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College, 120 male patients were selected, according to random number table, they were divided into experiment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. the patients in experiment group were given personalized nursing intervention, the patients in control group were given common nursing intervention. The results of SAS assessment, heart rate and blood pressure monitoring and patient sat-isfaction questionnaire in two groups before and after the intervention were analyzed and compared. Results①After the intervention, the SAS in the experiment group was (46.21±5.49) scores, compared with that before the intervention (64.83±9.25) scores, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), and compared with that in the control group [(59.12±7.32) scores], the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). ②After the intervention, the heart rate of patients in the experiment group was (76.3±8.4) times/min, this was significantly lower than that in control group [(85.7±8.7) times/min], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).③After the intervention, nursing satisfac-tion of patients in experiment group was 85.0%, this was significantly better than that in the control group (46.6%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).④The average pain score in experiment group was (4.3±1.2) scores, that in the control group was (5.9±1.3) scores, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Indi-vidualized nursing mode is more targeted, and it can avoid the blindness of nursing work, effectively improve the quali-ty of nursing care.
