运用文献资料法和逻辑法，对东西方体育文化的历史进行梳理，进一步明确了当代体育文化研究中中西方体育文化的研究对象，从体育文化历史的发展中建立“寿人”与“强人”的二元结构来展示东西方文化交融的脉络，并结合历史和社会现状论证当代中西方体育文化的交融痕迹。建议在未来体育强国之路建设中，尊重体育文化的二元特征，继承“寿人”文化的精华，实现文化自尊、文化自觉、文化自强与吸收“强人”文化相结合。

By using the methods of literature and logic analysis,the author researched on the history of Chinese and western sports cultures,and defined the object of contemporary culture studies in China and western world.It has showed the fusion of Chinese and western cultures through the bina-ry structure of "strength"and "longevity",which has been established in the development of sports culture,and demonstrated the traces of blending between the two cultures in combination with the historical and social situations.It is recommended that in the construction of sports power,we must respect the binary characteristics of sports culture,inherit the essence of "longevity"culture,and combine cultural self -esteem,cultural consciousness and cultural self -improvement with the west-ern culture in pursuit of "strength".
