目的：观察止痛如神汤坐浴治疗嵌顿痔急性并发症的临床效果。方法：将符合纳入标准的嵌顿痔患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组采用止痛如神汤坐浴法，对照组予以外用马应龙痔疮膏治疗。记录疼痛、坠胀、排尿困难、患者满意度等指标，以及记录不良反应的发生。结果：治疗后，在肛门疼痛、肛门坠胀、排尿等症状方面及满意度评分方面，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），两组均无明显不良反应。结论：与对照组相比较，观察组在治疗嵌顿痔急性并发症方面疗效较好，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰지통여신탕좌욕치료감돈치급성병발증적림상효과。방법：장부합납입표준적감돈치환자60례수궤분위관찰조화대조조각30례，관찰조채용지통여신탕좌욕법，대조조여이외용마응룡치창고치료。기록동통、추창、배뇨곤난、환자만의도등지표，이급기록불량반응적발생。결과：치료후，재항문동통、항문추창、배뇨등증상방면급만의도평분방면，관찰조우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05），량조균무명현불량반응。결론：여대조조상비교，관찰조재치료감돈치급성병발증방면료효교호，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Zhitong Rushen Decoction by sitz bath in the treatment of acute incarcerated hem-orrhoid.Methods Assigned 60 patients of acute incarcerated hemorrhoid to the observation group or the control group.In the observa-tion group,“Zhitong Rushen Decoction”by sitz bath was used,while in the control group,“Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang Oint-ment”was used.Data of anus pain,anus dysporia,urinary disturbance,the degree of patients’satisfaction,safety etc.were ana-lyzed.Results Pretreatment:Compareing results of Anus pain,Anus dysporia,Urinary disturbance between two groups;All P >0.05.There was no statistical difference.It hinted that the two groups possess comparability.Post -treatment:Compareing results of Anus pain,Anus dysporia,Urinary disturbance and the degree of patients’ satisfaction between two groups;All P <0.05.This difference was statistically significant.It hinted that the observation group were superior to the control group.There is no side effect in two groups.Conclusion The observation group is effective,safe satisfactive and feasible to treat the complications of incarcerated hemorrhoid.
