目的：观察三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石和急性胆囊炎等疾病的临床效果。方法选择2014年2月～2015年2月我院行胆囊切除术患者63例，其中，观察组采用三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术，对照组采用传统胆囊切除术治疗。比较两组患者的术中出血量、术后下床时间，切口愈合时间及住院时间和并发症情况。结果观察组术后出血量少于对照组，术后下床时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组并发症（2例，6.06%）少于对照组（7例，23.33%），但两组比较差异无统计学意义（χ2=3.0293，P＞0.05）。结论三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术创伤小，术后恢复快。
목적：관찰삼공법복강경담낭절제술치료담낭결석화급성담낭염등질병적림상효과。방법선택2014년2월～2015년2월아원행담낭절제술환자63례，기중，관찰조채용삼공법복강경담낭절제술，대조조채용전통담낭절제술치료。비교량조환자적술중출혈량、술후하상시간，절구유합시간급주원시간화병발증정황。결과관찰조술후출혈량소우대조조，술후하상시간、절구유합시간、주원시간단우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。관찰조병발증（2례，6.06%）소우대조조（7례，23.33%），단량조비교차이무통계학의의（χ2=3.0293，P＞0.05）。결론삼공법복강경담낭절제술창상소，술후회복쾌。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of three hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy treating gallbladder stone and acute cholecystitis. Methods 63 patients with cholecystectomy were elected from February 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital. the observation group accepted laparoscopic cholecystectomy with three holes method, the Control group were treated by traditional cholecystectomy. Intraoperative blood loss, postoperative bed time, incision healing time and hospital stay and complications of two groups were compared. Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, the postoperative bed time, wound healing time, hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group. There were all significant statistical differeces (P<0.05). Complications in the observation group (2 cases, 6.06%) less than control group (7 cases, 23.33%). There was no signiifcant statistical differeces (χ2=3.029 3, P>0.05). Conclusion Three hole method laparoscopic gallbladder trauma is small, , postoperative recovery.
