目的：探讨双侧输尿管结石的诊断及治疗。方法：回顾性分析2010年6月-2014年9月收治的31例双侧输尿管结石的诊治情况。结果：20例患者双侧输尿管结石同期成功输尿管镜下碎石并留置双J管，5例一侧碎石成功，一侧退回肾盂，给予留置双J管，术后行ESWL治疗。2例一侧碎石成功，一侧行输尿管切开取石术，2例患者给予留置双侧输尿管双J管，2例患者改行开放手术。结论：双侧输尿管结石需及时手术治疗解除梗阻，手术方式根据输尿管结石的大小、部位及肾功能情况决定，输尿管镜碎石是首选的治疗方案。

목적：탐토쌍측수뇨관결석적진단급치료。방법：회고성분석2010년6월-2014년9월수치적31례쌍측수뇨관결석적진치정황。결과：20례환자쌍측수뇨관결석동기성공수뇨관경하쇄석병류치쌍J관，5례일측쇄석성공，일측퇴회신우，급여류치쌍J관，술후행ESWL치료。2례일측쇄석성공，일측행수뇨관절개취석술，2례환자급여류치쌍측수뇨관쌍J관，2례환자개행개방수술。결론：쌍측수뇨관결석수급시수술치료해제경조，수술방식근거수뇨관결석적대소、부위급신공능정황결정，수뇨관경쇄석시수선적치료방안。
Objective:To explore the diagonsis and treatment of bilateral ureteral calculi.Method:31 cases of bilateral ureteral calculi patients were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital From June 2010 to September 2014.Result:20 cases of patients with bilateral ureteral calculi were successfully crushed and indwelling double J tube in a single procedure.One side were achieved in,the other side to return to renal pelvis were followed by ESWL in 5 cases.2 patients with unilateral were succeeded, one side for ureterolithotomy, 2 patients to double J tube indwelling bilateral ureter,2 cases were converted to open operation.Conclusion:Bilateral ureteral calculi must timely surgical treatment for obstruction,surgical methods according to the size,location and the renal function of ureteral calculi with ureteroscopic lithotripsy decision,is the preferred treatment.
