The branch of the support system for the ballistic missile defence system influences largely on whether the operational effectiveness of the main battle system and BM/C31 system can be fully taken . Thus,the assessment of operational effectiveness for the branch of the support system under complicated and variable operational environment will be of the significance . It puts forward a new thinking to conduct the assessment of the operational effectiveness for the support system ,which contains the linear weighted sum method ,the integrated information entropy evaluation method to ensure the weight,formule expert evaluating method to ensure index value. It veryfies the accuracy and validty of the model estalished though actual example.
