胰十二指肠术后出现胰瘘、肠瘘、胆瘘，同时合并感染性休克等严重并发症患者的救治难度高。查阅国内外相关资料，未见术后多吻合口瘘救治成功的报道经验，本文报告本院成功救治1例胰十二指肠术后多发肠外瘘患者的体会。

The treatment of patients with pancreatic fistula,intestinal fistula,biliary fistula combined with septic shock and other serious complications after pancreatic duodenum surgery was difficult.There was no report of the successful experience about the treatment of multiple intestinal fistula after operation according to the domestic and foreign relevant information.So we reported 1 case of with multiple intestinal fistula after pancreatic duodenum surgery who was treated successfully in our hospital.
