目的：讨论阑尾炎术后医院感染危险因素，为日后的阑尾炎术后感染控制提供参考。方法：收治阑尾炎手术患者215例，其中单纯阑尾炎120例，化脓性阑尾炎95例。统计相应的阑尾炎术后感染患者，并对患者的感染情况展开分析。结果：单纯阑尾炎患者术后出现感染15例，化脓性阑尾炎出现感染12例。阑尾炎患者术后出现感染的概率并不低，应对患者给予有效的观察和处理，采取针对性的抗感染措施。结论：在今后的医护工作中，必须对阑尾炎术后医院感染的危险因素展开分析，针对不同的因素采取不同的措施。需进一步健全阑尾炎术后医院感染的抵抗措施，实现医护工作水平的较大提升。

Objective:To discuss the risk factors of nosocomial infection of patients after appendicitis operation,and to provide reference for postoperative infection control of appendicitis in future.Methods:215 patients with appendicitis surgery were selected, simple appendicitis in 120 cases,purulent appendicitis in 95 cases.We counted the corresponding patients with appendicitis who had postoperative infection,and analyzed the patients 'infection.Results:15 cases of postoperative infection occurred in patients with simple appendicitis,12 cases of infection in patients with purulent appendicitis.The probability of postoperative infection in patients with appendicitis is not low,and patients should be given an effective observation and treatment and take appropriate measures against infection.Conclusion:In the future work,we must analyze the risk factors of nosocomial infection after appendicitis surgery,and take different measures for different factors.We need to further improve the resistance measures of nosocomial infection after appendectomy to improve the level of medical care work.
