目的：探讨无牙颌患者总义齿修复的临床效果和治疗体会。方法：收治无牙颌患者70例，行全口总义齿修复治疗，并记录患者3次复诊的情况，主要对无牙颌患者义齿的使用状况、咀嚼效率以及患者满意度进行观察。结果：戴上义齿后出现不适状况者61例，经过复诊后，患者的固位状况以及咬的关系较好，显著地提高了患者的咀嚼效率。无牙颌患者对修复治疗的总满意度97.1%。结论：医生要根据患者的实际情况进行有针对性的治疗，积极地积累临床经验，保证其最佳的修复效果。
目的：探討無牙頜患者總義齒脩複的臨床效果和治療體會。方法：收治無牙頜患者70例，行全口總義齒脩複治療，併記錄患者3次複診的情況，主要對無牙頜患者義齒的使用狀況、咀嚼效率以及患者滿意度進行觀察。結果：戴上義齒後齣現不適狀況者61例，經過複診後，患者的固位狀況以及咬的關繫較好，顯著地提高瞭患者的咀嚼效率。無牙頜患者對脩複治療的總滿意度97.1%。結論：醫生要根據患者的實際情況進行有針對性的治療，積極地積纍臨床經驗，保證其最佳的脩複效果。
목적：탐토무아합환자총의치수복적림상효과화치료체회。방법：수치무아합환자70례，행전구총의치수복치료，병기록환자3차복진적정황，주요대무아합환자의치적사용상황、저작효솔이급환자만의도진행관찰。결과：대상의치후출현불괄상황자61례，경과복진후，환자적고위상황이급교적관계교호，현저지제고료환자적저작효솔。무아합환자대수복치료적총만의도97.1%。결론：의생요근거환자적실제정황진행유침대성적치료，적겁지적루림상경험，보증기최가적수복효과。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and treatment experience of total denture restoration for patients with no dental jaw.Methods:70 patients with no dental jaw were selected.All patients underwent complete denture restoration,and we record the 3 visit of the patients,and mainly observed the use of denture,chewing efficiency and satisfaction of patients.Results:There were 61 cases of discomfort after wearing dentures.After the visit,the retention status and the relationship between occlusion of the patients were better,significantly increased the patients'chewing efficiency.The satisfaction of restorative treatment of 97.1%in patients with no dental jaw.Conclusion:Doctors should have targeted treatment plan according to the actual situation of patients, actively accumulated clinical experience to ensure the best repairing effect.
