目的:探讨在基层医院急诊新护士专科技能培训中应用情景模拟演练法的效果。方法:选择宜州市某三级医院急诊科新护士(A组)、某二甲医院急诊科新护士(B组)和笔者所在医院急诊科新护士(C组)各20名。A组护士采用情景模拟演练法培训,B组护士采用一带一传统带教法,C组护士在一带一传统带教法的基础上采用情境模拟演练法进行专科技能培训。临床实践6个月后用自制的调查表对三种方法进行效果评价。结果:C组护士的相关基础理论、单项技术操作和综合操作考试成绩显著优于A、B两组护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在基层医院急诊新护士专科技能培训中,应用一带一传统带教法联合情境模拟演练法能让护士的操作更加熟练和规范,激发新护士的学习兴趣,提高新护士相关基础理论水平和单项技术操作水,提高护士的安全意识、沟通协调能力和应急能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the application of scenario simulation exercise method in improving the primary hospital’s new nurse specialist skills training.Method:Selected 20 new nurses from a three grade hospital in our city as group A,20 new nurses from a dimethyl hospital’s emergency department as group B and 20 new nurses from a our hospital’s emergency department as group C.Group A was given scenario simulation exercise method,group B was given one-to-one traditional teaching method,and group C was was given scenario simulation exercise method on the basis of one-to-one traditional teaching method.Valued the three groups’ efficacy after six months clinical experience by using homemade questionnaire.Result:The basic theory,individual technical operations and integrated operations in group C were all obvious better than group A and B,the comparison has statistic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new nurse specialist skill training in primary hospital,application of one-to-one traditional teaching method combined with scenario simulation exercise method can make the new nurse’s operation more skilled and specification, can arose new nurse’s study interest, improve their level of related basic theory and individual technical operation, improve their security sense, communication skills and emergency ability, which should be widely applied.
