小麦的加工品质与低分子量谷蛋白亚基(LMW-GS)组成息息相关。为了尽快改良黄淮麦区小麦加工品质,应用 STS 分子标记与 SDS-PAGE 相结合的方法对小麦低分子量谷蛋白亚基 Glu-A3、Glu-B3与 Glu-D3位点的等位基因变异类型进行检测。结果表明:黄淮麦区南片356份小麦品种(系)中共检测到15种 Glu-3位点等位变异,Glu-A3位点含 Glu-A3a、Glu-A3b、Glu-A3c 和 Glu-A3d 共4种等位变异,其分布频率分别为12.1%,13.5%,41.0%,33.4%;Glu-B3位点含 Glu-B3a、Glu-B3b、Glu-B3d、Glu-B3f、Glu-B3g、Glu-B3h、Glu-B3i 和 Glu-B3j 共8种等位变异,其分布频率分别为8.71%,8.99%,23.0%,5.90%,7.30%,3.65%,0.28%,42.1%;Glu-D3位点含 Glu-D3a、Glu-D3b 和 Glu-D3c 共3种等位变异,其分布频率分别为40.2%,29.8%,30.0%。等位变异组合 Glu-A3c /Glu-B3j /Glu-D3a 分布频率最高(10.7%)。通过优质亚基的转育,多个优质亚基的聚合,将有助于改良我国小麦的品质。

소맥적가공품질여저분자량곡단백아기(LMW-GS)조성식식상관。위료진쾌개량황회맥구소맥가공품질,응용 STS 분자표기여 SDS-PAGE 상결합적방법대소맥저분자량곡단백아기 Glu-A3、Glu-B3여 Glu-D3위점적등위기인변이류형진행검측。결과표명:황회맥구남편356빈소맥품충(계)중공검측도15충 Glu-3위점등위변이,Glu-A3위점함 Glu-A3a、Glu-A3b、Glu-A3c 화 Glu-A3d 공4충등위변이,기분포빈솔분별위12.1%,13.5%,41.0%,33.4%;Glu-B3위점함 Glu-B3a、Glu-B3b、Glu-B3d、Glu-B3f、Glu-B3g、Glu-B3h、Glu-B3i 화 Glu-B3j 공8충등위변이,기분포빈솔분별위8.71%,8.99%,23.0%,5.90%,7.30%,3.65%,0.28%,42.1%;Glu-D3위점함 Glu-D3a、Glu-D3b 화 Glu-D3c 공3충등위변이,기분포빈솔분별위40.2%,29.8%,30.0%。등위변이조합 Glu-A3c /Glu-B3j /Glu-D3a 분포빈솔최고(10.7%)。통과우질아기적전육,다개우질아기적취합,장유조우개량아국소맥적품질。
Low-molecular-weight glutenin subunits (LMW-GS ) are closely related to processing quality of wheat.The alleles on Glu-A3,Glu-B3 and Glu-D3 loci of low-molecular-weight glutenin subunit in 356 wheat vari-ties(lines)from South Yellow and Huai Valley Facultative Wheat region in China were detected by STS molecular markers and SDS-PAGE to improve wheat quality.It turned out that:There were 1 5 kinds of allelic variations in 356 detected varieties.The frequencies of the allelic variations of Glu-A3a,Glu-A3b,Glu-A3c and Glu-A3d at Glu-A3 locus were 1 2.1 %,1 3.5%,41 .0%,33.4%,respectively;the alleles of Glu-B3a,Glu-B3b,Glu-B3d,Glu-B3f,Glu-B3g,Glu-B3h,Glu-B3i and Glu-B3j at Glu-B3 locus were 8.71 %,8.99%,23.0%,5.90%,7.30%,3.65%, 0.28%,42.1 %,respectively;and the alleles of Glu-D3a,Glu-D3b and Glu-D3c at Glu-D3 locus were 40.2%, 29.8%,30.0%,respectively.The highest frequency of the subunit combination at Glu-3 was Glu-A3c /Glu-B3j /Glu-D3a (1 0.7%).Transformating and pyramiding superior subunits can be helpful in Chinese wheat quality im-provement.
