为有效利用花衣红色素,以花生衣红为原料,采用微波辅助法,对花生衣红色素提取工艺进行研究。结果表明:微波提取花生衣红色素的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶30,提取时间为3 min ,提取功率358 W ,色素提取率为20.13%,色价为109.3。

For effective utilization of peanut‐skin pigment ,taking peanut‐skin as raw material ,peanut‐skin pig‐ment was extracted by microwave methods .The results indicated the optimal processing conditions ,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶30 ,extraction time was 3 min ,extraction power was 358 W ,the extracted total yield could be up to 20 .13% and the color value was 109 .3 .
