目的：使医务工作者了解老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者糖代谢异常的发生率，能早期发现COPD糖代谢异常，减少并发2型糖尿病的概率。方法：干预COPD患者的糖代谢异常，第1阶段在包头市固阳县医院推广，然后到沼潭杜区服务中心推广；第2阶段在全市范围普遍推广。结果：关注老年COPD患者的糖代谢，可减少2型糖尿病的发生，提高COPD患者治愈率。结论：了解COPD患者的新特点，干预COPD患者的糖代谢异常，注意应用中的问题和下一步打算，可供卫生行业医学研究和成果应用单位参考。
목적：사의무공작자료해노년만성조새성폐질병(COPD)환자당대사이상적발생솔，능조기발현COPD당대사이상，감소병발2형당뇨병적개솔。방법：간예COPD환자적당대사이상，제1계단재포두시고양현의원추엄，연후도소담두구복무중심추엄；제2계단재전시범위보편추엄。결과：관주노년COPD환자적당대사，가감소2형당뇨병적발생，제고COPD환자치유솔。결론：료해COPD환자적신특점，간예COPD환자적당대사이상，주의응용중적문제화하일보타산，가공위생행업의학연구화성과응용단위삼고。
Objective:To make medical workers understand the incidence of abnormal glucose metabolism in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,early detection of abnormal COPD glucose metabolism,reducing the probability of concurrent type 2 diabetes.Methods:Stage 1:In Guyang Hospital of Baotou city promotion,then to Zhan Tandu district service center promotion.Stage 2:popularized in the city.Results:Following elderly COPD patients glucose metabolism can reduce the incidence of type 2 diabetes,improve the cure rate in patients with COPD.Conclusion:To promote the new features of COPD patients,the attention problems and the next plan,which can be used for medical research and application in health industry.
