目的：探讨脂质运载蛋白2与子痫前期孕妇发病的关系。方法：选取本院2012年1月-2014年1月收治的82例子痫前期孕妇作为研究对象，根据病情严重程度分为轻度子痫前期组32例和重度子痫前期组50例。选择同期正常孕妇30例作为对照组，检测三组孕妇脂质运载蛋白2水平及内皮素水平。结果：重度子痫前期组的脂质运载蛋白2浓度为（73.98±15.68）ng/mL，明显高于轻度子痫前期组的（52.01±13.26）ng/mL，轻、重度子痫前期的脂质运载蛋白2浓度均明显高于对照组的（23.11±7.27）ng/mL，且两组的内皮素水平均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。轻、重度子痫前期的脂质运载蛋白2和内皮素均呈正相关（r=0.587、0.417，P<0.05），对照组的脂质运载蛋白2和内皮素不相关（r=0.178，P>0.05）。结论：脂质运载蛋白2与子痫前期的发病有密切关系，并随病情加重而增高。

목적：탐토지질운재단백2여자간전기잉부발병적관계。방법：선취본원2012년1월-2014년1월수치적82례자간전기잉부작위연구대상，근거병정엄중정도분위경도자간전기조32례화중도자간전기조50례。선택동기정상잉부30례작위대조조，검측삼조잉부지질운재단백2수평급내피소수평。결과：중도자간전기조적지질운재단백2농도위（73.98±15.68）ng/mL，명현고우경도자간전기조적（52.01±13.26）ng/mL，경、중도자간전기적지질운재단백2농도균명현고우대조조적（23.11±7.27）ng/mL，차량조적내피소수평균명현고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。경、중도자간전기적지질운재단백2화내피소균정정상관（r=0.587、0.417，P<0.05），대조조적지질운재단백2화내피소불상관（r=0.178，P>0.05）。결론：지질운재단백2여자간전기적발병유밀절관계，병수병정가중이증고。
Objective:To investigate the association between serum lipocalin-2 and the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.Method:82 pregnant women with preeclampsia admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into the mild preeclampsia group for 32 cases and the severe preeclampsia group for 50 cases according to the severity of the disease,in the same period,30 pregnant women were selected as the control group.The serum lipocalin-2 and endothelin level were detected in the above three groups.Result:The serum lipocalin-2 level in the severe preeclampsia group was (73.98±15.68)ng/mL,which was significantly higher than (52.01±13.26)ng/mL of the mild preeclampsia group,all of them were significantly higher than (23.11±7.27)ng/mL in the control group.The endothelin levels in the two groups were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Mild and severe preeclampsia were positively related to the serum lipocalin-2 and endothelin level(r=0.587,P<0.05;r=0.417,P<0.05),the serum lipocalin-2 and endothelin level of the control group were not related(r=0.178,P>0.05).Conclusion:Serum lipocalin-2 in maternal with preeclampsia is associated with the pathogenesis of preeclampsia,and increased with the severity of illness.
