建立了用分光光度法测定丁烷四羧酸中催化剂钨的含量的方法.以KSCN为显色剂,盐酸溶液为pH调节剂,用TiCl3作为还原剂条件下进行显色测定.实验结果表明,钨的浓度在100~500ppm间与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9999).实验表明该法准确,快捷,操作简便,应用于丁烷四羧酸合成工艺中催化剂钨的含量的测定,取得了很好的结果.

A method for determining the content of tungsten in the four carboxylic acid with a spectrophotometer was established. KSCN was used as the color reagent, hydrochloric acid solution was used as pH adjusting agent, and the color was determined by TiCl3 as the reducing agent. The experimental results show that the concentra-tion of tungsten in the 100~500ppm is linear with the absorbance (R2=0.9999). Experiments show that thismethod is accurate, fast and easy to operate. It has been applied to the determination of the content of catalyst- tungsten inthe process of synthesizing four carboxylic acid, which has achieved good effects.
