[目的]分析比较内镜黏膜切除术（EMR）与单纯高频电切术治疗消化道难治性息肉的临床疗效和安全性。[方法]入选80例（139枚）难治性消化道息肉患者，按照息肉切除方式，分成EM R组38例（67枚）和电切组42例（72枚），观察2组治疗术中、术后并发症及处理情况。[结果]EM R组完整切除率为97．4％，显著高于电切组的76．1％；而电切组总并发症发生率35．7％明显高于 EM R组的10．5％（ P＜0．05）。[结论]消化道难治性息肉行EM R治疗与传统单纯高频电切术治疗比较，具有操作简便、并发症少等特点，是一种安全有效的微创内镜治疗手段。
[목적]분석비교내경점막절제술（EMR）여단순고빈전절술치료소화도난치성식육적림상료효화안전성。[방법]입선80례（139매）난치성소화도식육환자，안조식육절제방식，분성EM R조38례（67매）화전절조42례（72매），관찰2조치료술중、술후병발증급처리정황。[결과]EM R조완정절제솔위97．4％，현저고우전절조적76．1％；이전절조총병발증발생솔35．7％명현고우 EM R조적10．5％（ P＜0．05）。[결론]소화도난치성식육행EM R치료여전통단순고빈전절술치료비교，구유조작간편、병발증소등특점，시일충안전유효적미창내경치료수단。
Objective]To evaluate the effect of endoscopic mucosal resection on the treatment of gastro‐intestinal refractory polyp .[Methods]A total of 80 cases of digestive tract polyps(139)in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups:EMR group were 38 cases(67 polyps) ,cutting group were 42 cases(72 pol‐yps) .The polyps were resected by high frequency electrotomy .The efficacy of resection and intraoperative , postoperative complications between the two groups were compared .[Results]The success rate of complete resection in the EMR group was 97 .4% ,which was significantly higher than the cutting group(76 .1% ) . and the incidence of postoperative complications in cutting group (35 .7% )was significantly higher than in EM R group(10 .5% ) .[Conclusion]Endoscopic mucosal resection is indicated for the treatment of gastroin‐testinal polyps ,and has the advantages of simple operation ,low complications ,w hich is a high security of endoscopic minimally invasive treatment method .
