蹦床是一种出现较早的、需要通过专项化方式训练的竞技项目,要想更好的培养出优秀的蹦床专业运动员,就必须从少儿时期就开始进行蹦床专业训练.对于蹦床运动员来讲,其训练的核心项目应该是基础训练,所谓基础训练主要包括的训练内容就是较为基础的蹦床技术动作以及提升少年身体综合素质的训练.随着时代的发展,蹦床竞技所要求的技术难度越来越大,对于运动员自身的素质要求也就有了相应的提升,其中运动员身体的柔韧性作为考察运动员身体素质水平的重要部分,要想提升蹦床运动员的专业水平,就必须着手加强少年运动员自身的柔韧性训练,因此,本文从蹦床柔韧性的基本特点以及对于专项训练产生的影响入手,分析了目前少年运动员自身的柔韧性不够的原因,并简要论述了训练少年运动员柔韧性的有效手段以及方法,以期对相关领域的研究人员提供借鉴意义.
