广西新建本科院校作为地方高校，正处于办学方向、人才培养模式及社会功能转型发展的关键期，应立足地方经济建设和社会发展需求，准确定位和规划科技创新工作，加快完善科技创新管理体制，调整科研布局，加强科技创新人才队伍建设，培育科技创新团队，构建科技成果转化平台，提升科技服务地方的能力，促进教学质量的提高。

엄서신건본과원교작위지방고교，정처우판학방향、인재배양모식급사회공능전형발전적관건기，응립족지방경제건설화사회발전수구，준학정위화규화과기창신공작，가쾌완선과기창신관리체제，조정과연포국，가강과기창신인재대오건설，배육과기창신단대，구건과기성과전화평태，제승과기복무지방적능력，촉진교학질량적제고。
As local colleges of Guangxi, the newly-built undergraduate colleges are experiencing a critical period. The objec-tive and mode of talent training and the social function should be transformed according to the local economic construction and the needs of social development. This paper aims at finding out accurate developing direction and planning scientific and technological innovation in order to improve teaching quality and enhance the ability of science and technology to serve the local development through improving management system, adjusting the layout of scientific research, strengthening the construction of talents and cultivating science and technology innovation team.
