为了扩大刺老芽反季生产规模,以不同处理的刺老芽茎段为试验材料,研究了不同培养基质、不同长度、不同采收茎段时间对枝条萌发时间和单株产量的影响。结果表明:顶芽萌发时间早于侧芽,且顶芽平均单株产量高于侧芽;沙培和水培对枝条的萌发时间、单株平均产量影响不大;茎段的长度对单株平均产量和萌发时间无显著影响;贮藏30 d的枝条萌发时间较现采枝条早7 d左右,而单株平均产量差别不大。
為瞭擴大刺老芽反季生產規模,以不同處理的刺老芽莖段為試驗材料,研究瞭不同培養基質、不同長度、不同採收莖段時間對枝條萌髮時間和單株產量的影響。結果錶明:頂芽萌髮時間早于側芽,且頂芽平均單株產量高于側芽;沙培和水培對枝條的萌髮時間、單株平均產量影響不大;莖段的長度對單株平均產量和萌髮時間無顯著影響;貯藏30 d的枝條萌髮時間較現採枝條早7 d左右,而單株平均產量差彆不大。
위료확대자로아반계생산규모,이불동처리적자로아경단위시험재료,연구료불동배양기질、불동장도、불동채수경단시간대지조맹발시간화단주산량적영향。결과표명:정아맹발시간조우측아,차정아평균단주산량고우측아;사배화수배대지조적맹발시간、단주평균산량영향불대;경단적장도대단주평균산량화맹발시간무현저영향;저장30 d적지조맹발시간교현채지조조7 d좌우,이단주평균산량차별불대。
In order to enlarge the scale of anti‐season production scale of A ralia elata (Miq) Seem ,A ralia elata (Miq) Seem stem segments with different treatments were used to investigate the factors that affect single plant yield and branch germinating time ,such as culture matrix ,length and the time of stem harvest .The re‐sults showed that the germination time of the terminal buds was earlier than the lateral buds and the mean sin‐gle plant yield of the terminal buds were higher than the lateral buds;the germination time and mean single plant yield of branches that cultured with sand culture were almost the same as these cultured with hydroponic culture;the length of stem segments had no significant effect on the germination time and mean single plant yield;the germination time of branches storaged 30 days were germinated 4~ 5 days earlier than the fresh branches ,w hile the mean single plant yield had no distinct difference .
